Abstract

In the sport education as well as in physical and helath development it is never possible to measure work results with objective measurable instruments. A qualitative differenciation of the elements' performing success is done by educator's impression. In that situation, educators'/evaluators' tasks are very complex, because it is needed for a very short period of time to registrate a huge number of data as well to evaluate a complete validity of the shown element technique. Concerning that, it could be rightly asked a question on objectivity and validity of the evaluation. In easy circumstances, the eduactor is in the position to complete his first impression of elements performing by repeating each performance several times. Also, a higher level of impartiality could be achieved introducing standard elements with elaborative scales for evaluation. In that way, having in mind that the evaluator is well informed about those scales, the evaluation process of the performance might be done distinctly in accordance with the success of elements performing.
