LEVEL FOOT – THE MOST FREQUENT DEFORMITY WITH PUPILS AT EARLY SCHOOL AGE

Abstract

Sistematic controls show that more than 80% of school population have phisical body deformities. The most frequent deformity with pupils at early school age is the le- vel foot, which influences adverse on phisical and psychological state of the pupils. The pupils with whoom the deformities of the foot are fortified, can not be exposed to stron- ger phisical efforts, but their health and posture can be significantly mended by special exsercises. The preventive role of the teacher is to contribute in prevention of deformity evolution by conscious and sistematic exercising of phisical education. The main therapy in correcting the level foot is application of corrective gymnastic for strenghtening of fo- ot muscles. The exercises should be strong enough and done correctly for resulting with satisfying results and should be applicated for two years at least
