Abstract

In the past twenty years, human resource management is positioning as a one of key science disciplines and skills which are applied in all aspects in the social and social-economical field. Succes of sports organizations is in depence about human po- tential and abbilities to realize high profesional and high quality sports and business results. Therefore, the most succesfull sports organizations and clubs have sector, direc- tion, department is in charge in human resource management issues. For example, Real Madrid, beside the image and tradition, permanently increase human resource, all in aim to achieving high level sports and business results. Only with high motivate athle- tes, management, administration and volunteers, organisation can achieving high level results, it confirms that human resource management in sport is process required basic activities and procedures implementation. Unlike other economical subject, in sports organization is much difficult to imple- ment human resource management because high priority in functionig of sports organi- zations have sport result, beside profit who ensure staff and organization development.
