Swimmers are always in road to something that will give them better swam time. Top
swimmer doesn’t want to feel that he didn’t give his all for the victory. Very often, swimmers
sped important time on technical and conditional preparation, ignoring regular eating
and resting. In searching for “magic poison” is used experiences of succeed swimmers that
are reled unsaid. But, inexperience, inexpert and less medical control could be potentional
danger for swimmers health, if in eating are used preparats of suspicious and not enough
researches. The goal of the paper is to point to methods and possibilities of influence of
various nutritients on swimmers organism.
