PREDICTIVE VALUE OF MOTORIC MANIFESTATIONS REGARDING VAULTS AS PROGRAMME CONTENTS IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTION

Complexity of requirements posed by the physical education instruction, especially
with regard to programme of exercises on gymnastic apparatuses, can be noticed very well
in motoric structures such as vaults. Vaults applied in this research essentially mean fundamental
motoric systems of such type and precisely because of this they are the subject of
this work which, additionally to vaults, deals with ten motoric tests representing manifestations
of explosive strength, repetitive strength, static strength, coordination and flexibility.
The aim of this research is to determine the predictive value systemically, as well as
separately for each motoric test in relation to two criterion variables separately prediction, motoric manifestations, vaults.
