Abstract

Diversity needs differentiation to value students equally and contributes to the integration of students with special educational need in the School of All. Inclusion brings new challenges for the educators too. Personal development plans have to be prepared according to special abilities and needs. These projects must be in harmony with other teaching plans and adapt the concept of the central syllabus. Differentiation is meant to specify aims, tools and assumes proper evaluation of the requirements. Instead of grades, evaluation in text seems to be more fair and precise in defining the quality of performance of those with special educational need. The distinct nature of the PE subjects presents a good opportunity to a continuous assessment so a quicker progress can be achieved. However the danger of accidence should be considered because of the increasing risk when special educational need children are involved in sport activities. So thus differentiation may put into practice if all the facilities are presented.

Nova shvatanja u obrazovno vaspitnim procesima koja predlažu primenu diferenciranog vrednovanja teže ka dokazima da u školi mogu biti zajedno deca sa posebnim potrebama sa decom bez smetnji u razvoju. Inkluzija predstavlja novi izazov za prosvetne radnike. Moraju se izraditi lični razvojni programi prema specifičnim sposobnostima, zahtevima. Ujedno mora da se obezbedi sklad između programa rada i ostalih individualnih razvojnih planova. Diferencijacija se proširuje na ciljeve, na sredstva, na zahteve i pretpostavlja specifične metode vrednovanja u fizičkom vaspitanju. Fizičko vaspitanje je takav predmet gde postoji mogućnost za momentalno i kontinuirano vrednovanje, kako bi se na taj način obezbedilo brže napredovanje. Istovremeno, ne sme se zanemariti opasnost od povreda koje može još više istaći diferencijacija, aktivnosti učenika sa posebnim potrebama zajedno sa ostalim učenicima.
