IMPACT OF MOTORIC AND MORPHOLOGIC FACTORS ON REALIZATION OF ELEMENTS OF ACROBATICS IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTION

Abstract

Anthropomotorics as a science discipline within kinesiology as a science has, as a basis of its research a human movement, made with the aim of bodily exercise. Motoric structures which are more complex than the simplest forms of motion are simple exercises, whereas the next level, qualified based on complexity of motoric structure, is represented by the basic elements of acrobatics. This paper deals with two motoric tasks, forward roll and backward roll, five motoric tests, of which one for the assessment of explosive strength, two for the assessment of elasticity and two more for the assessment of speed of alternative movements, as well as four additional anthropometric indicators. The aim of the research was to determine the level of impact of motoric factors and morphologic indicators to applied elements of acrobatics
