Abstract

The goal of this research was to determine differences between the groups before and after implementation of experimental program of physical and health education. For this research we tested girls in a third grade of Elementary school. In this research we included 153 female pupils and they were divided in two experimental and one control group. In this research we applied nine basic motor and two functional variables in the beginning and at the end of the first half of a school year. According to the results obtained by multivariate variance analysis we can conclude that implementation of experimental program resulted with statistically significant changes in almost all measuring and all of them in favor of experimental groups
